What are force plates?

Performance Science and Rehab believes high-end technologies should not be reserved only for professional sporting organizations.  Force-plate analysis allows Practitioners to objectify the rehabilitation and training process by assessing individual readiness for activity.  In addition, identifying force production and absorption deficits allows for purposeful interventions to be prescribed into a person’s overall plan to mitigate injury risk and optimize performance.

What is a force-frame?

Strength underpins force production.  To effectively produce force an individual must possess a foundational level of strength.  The force-frame allows Performance Science and Rehab Practitioners to objectively assess your strength pre and post injury to understanding where an individual is coming from at any moment in time.  This ensures appropriate interventions are prescribed into a person’s overall plan to mitigate injury risk and optimize performance.
