Dr. Daniel Firth MD

Board-Certified in Family Medicine

Dr. Daniel Firth graduated with a BA in anthropology from the University of Florida in 2006 and from the University of Florida medical school in 2010. He completed Family Medicine residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson in 2013. During his three years there he completed a longitudinal program in the study of integrative medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative medicine. His work experience includes working for the Mayo Clinic for 3 years as a hospitalist and as the medical director of an acute care hospital. Besides his telemedicine practice he continues to work full time as a hospitalist in Dunedin, Florida

His interests include preventative medicine, integrative medicine, nutrition, acute care medicine, point of care ultrasound, pharmacogenomics, precision medicine including genetics based approach to personalized care.

He lives with his wife and two young boys, in Safety Harbor, Florida. Outside of work he enjoys playing tennis, golf, and spending time outdoors with his family.
